Washington DC, June 2021 — Empire Leasing today announced that Michael Dahan was named Chief Operating Officer (COO). Empire Leasing has also added Tara Berger as Vice President of Property Management and Tenant Relations, and John Mastrianni as Vice President of Operations.

As Chief Operating Officer, Dahan will lead a dynamic team responsible for building new tools and approaches to improve services and maximize tenant retention. Tara Berger will lead the company’s Property Management team and is sending a strong signal that the organization renewed its commitment to tenant relations. Berger has spent more than two decades driving management strategies at leading property management firms. Berger has her CPM®, RPA® and LEED Green Associate® accreditations. With training, follow-through, and technology, we will improve quality of service and our work environment. This is an exciting time for Empire Leasing”, says Mastrianni.
